"Hey, let's go to Dinkytown and watch the Gopher/Badger football game", said a friend last week. I quickly agreed and considered this friend a genius.

Not only do I have a love for Gopher athletics, I am also very fond of one of the bars in the Dinkytown location.

That bar is Stub and Herb's.

My first review comes from the prohibition style bar inside the Graves 601 hotel in downtown Minneapolis, the Bradstreet Crafthouse.

Now normally this place is a little out of my price range. $12 drinks just aren't my kind of thing. If I do spend $12 on a drink, it better be damn good. And truth be told, I haven't come across too many places offering those prices that wow me.

First off, thanks for stopping by. Hopefully this won't be your one and only stop.

I'm guessing most of you are wondering what this blog is about; well it's simple really. It's about bars and the drinks that are served at them. My mission is to bring you information on not only the local bars in the Minneapolis area but also the bars in the various states I manage to visit.

I hope to get interviews with the owners and the people behind the bar that provide us with such great company on a daily basis.
